Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays occur, causing schedule adjustments. However, we have a few policies in place to be fair for both our clients and our staff.

We do require a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. The card is only on hold and will only be charged if you cancel after the 24 hour mark or you’re a no show/ no call.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of $25 (up to 24 hours in advance = no penalty, 24 hours or less = $25 cancellation fee) No Show/ No Call Policy.

If scheduled appointment is missed and no call was made, your card will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment before being able to reschedule again (No Show/No Call = 50% of appointment fee) Late Policy.

If you are 10 minutes late your appointment is considered cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Your card will be charged a $25 cancellation fee (10 minutes late = $25 cancellation fee).
